Korbid Thompson founded the King James Radio Network in 2011 with its first broadcast on September 17th, featuring North Brunswick Raiders Football. The network started with four original programs: North Brunswick Raiders Sports, RCM Live, Sports In the Spirit, and 2-Minute Drill. 

On July 29, 2012, the move was made to BlogTalkRadio, and the network has reached 215,000 listens, since its inception. In the next two years, Korbid expanded from four to 11 programs. Korbid now broadcasts sports and other shows for King James Radio Network on Spreaker.

King James Radio broadcasts can also be heard on both iTunes and Stitcher.

Before starting his own online radio network, Korbid worked as a sports reporter, studio analyst, sports anchor and play-by-play announcer for WGHT Radio in Northern New Jersey.
